  • Understanding the goal. I believe good team lead can't be familiar with all sorts of businesses. I have positive experince with media and real-estate
  • Task management. Set up the task. Write clean task descriptions. Be sure in 100% scope coverage.
  • Release. Easy delivering of a workable solution
  • Automated processes. Autotests, code validation, pull requests
  • Efficient standup meetings. Efficient standup starts from preparation. Explain each team member the importancy of meeting and communication.
  • Working with remote co-workers. I was working with remote teams during the last 4 years. Time zones are not a problem when you have a plan
